Jan 1st Reading

Genesis 1:1-2:25 Matthew 1:1-2:12 Psalm 1:1-6 Proverbs 1:1-6

Matthew One was pretty hard to get through, but I can see the reason to have it all laid out so we can see the linage of Jesus.



My thoughts : Jesus linage was traced back though Joseph and he was essentially adopted by Joseph. Then I got excited when I thought that when we are saved, we are patched into the family by Jesus. Cool :-)
